Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Night Golf 2012 - Heroes & Villains

Whether you relate to John Wayne and the cavalry, Luke Skywalker and the Force, or even Cruella de Ville, August 18, 2012 will be right up your alley.

Since 2004, the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club has hosted an annual night golf event that brings together the business community for an enjoyable night of fine dining, libations, prizes, golfing skills competitions and tournament play. Having completed our 8th year in 2011, the "Golf in the Dark for East Gallatin Park" event is hosted at the Riverside Country Club and Golf Course and features characters from a different theme each year. In 2012 we are proud to present 'Heroes & Villains'.

What is the Sunrise Rotary Night Golf event? It provides for up to 30 teams of 4-golfers each to play a 6-hole round in the dark using glo-balls, night glo-sticks and an occasional flashlight for lighting. Teams begin match plan around 8:45pm after having enjoyed a previous cocktail hour and pre-event banquet. Each golfer receives a "Night Golf Survival Kit" which offers a variety of event items, commemorative memorabilia and useful gear for the night's competition.

Since this is a fundraising event, net proceeds are used to help our club in its mission to enhance Bozeman's East Gallatin Recreation area off East Griffin Drive, as well as support other local and international charitable projects initiated through Rotary International. For more information on our Park project, visit our East Gallatin Park page.
